• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content you submit must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Job Postings and Applications

7.1 For Job Seekers

• Job applications are submitted directly to employers through our Platform
• We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment
• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of job postings
• Exercise caution when sharing personal information with employers

7.2 For Employers

• Job postings must be accurate and comply with applicable employment laws
• Discrimination in job postings or hiring practices is strictly prohibited
• Company names are hidden from public view to protect your privacy
• You are responsible for managing applications and communicating with candidates
• False or misleading job postings will be removed

7.3 No Employer-Employee Relationship

GlobalJob acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to any employment relationship between job seekers and employers. All employment terms are between you and the hiring employer.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is"

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform
• Freedom from errors, viruses, or other harmful components

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalJob shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of employers or job seekers
• Content posted by users on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that using our Platform will result in employment, interviews, or any specific outcomes. Job search success depends on many factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

9.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall remain in effect.
